Refund Policy
1. Overview
We want to ensure that our workshop participants have a positive experience. If you need to cancel your registration or request a refund, please review our refund policy below.
2. Cancellation by Participant:
If you need to cancel your workshop registration, please notify us 7 days before workshop date and before receiving workshop emanual and membership to GoE. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a refund minus 20% admin fee and cost of emanual and membership fee. To cancel, please contact our customer support team via email or phone (details provided below).
3. Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop start date will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer your registration to another participant or request a credit for a future workshop.
4. No-Show Policy:
Participants who do not attend the workshop without prior notice (i.e., no-shows) will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
5. Workshop Changes or Cancellations:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to another workshop.
